PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect

• Uploaded files — datalog (.dlz, .dl) and config (.sniper, .terx) files you upload for analysis. These are stored on our server to process and display results.
• Email address — only if you provide one when requesting a tuning review, or when you choose to sign in. Used solely to send you review notifications, sign-in links, and to respond to your upload.
• Description text — any text you enter describing your setup or issue.
• IP address — logged for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How We Use It

• Your uploaded files are processed automatically to generate the analysis you see on the results page.
• If you request a tuning review, your files and description may be reviewed by a person using AI-assisted tools to provide recommendations.
• Your email is used only to notify you when a review is complete or to ask follow-up questions about your upload.
• We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

• Without an account: uploaded files and analysis results are kept for 90 days from the upload date, then automatically deleted. Your results share URL stays accessible during that window; after deletion it no longer resolves.
• With an account (optional sign-in): uploads linked to your account keep their analysis results and any tuning review until you delete them, so they stay listed under My uploads. The raw datalog and config files themselves are still deleted 90 days after upload.
• You can delete your account — and every upload, result, and review in it — at any time from the My uploads page. This is immediate and permanent.
• If you want an upload removed sooner and don't have an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Accounts & Sign-in

Signing in is optional. There are no passwords: you enter your email address and we email you a single-use link that expires after 15 minutes. Clicking it signs you in on that browser for up to 30 days. When you sign in, any earlier uploads on which you gave the same email address (for example when requesting a review) are added to your history — the sign-in link is how we confirm the address is yours.

Cookies & Third-Party Resources

Visitors who don't sign in receive no cookies. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking services of any kind.

If you sign in, your browser receives a single user_session cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, 30-day expiry) used solely to keep you signed in. Signing out removes it.

Admins who log into the admin panel receive a single admin_session cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, 12-hour expiry) used solely for authentication. This does not apply to regular users.

This site loads one external web-font asset from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser fetches these fonts directly from Google, which means Google sees the request IP address and user-agent on the first visit. No other external resources are loaded.

The footer of every page links out to our Ko-fi page. The button image is hosted on this server (no external request on page load), but if you click through, you'll be on Ko-fi's site and subject to their privacy policy.

This tool provides automated analysis and AI-assisted recommendations for Holley Sniper EFI systems. It is not a substitute for professional engine tuning. All recommendations are provided as-is with no warranty. We are not responsible for any engine damage, performance issues, or other consequences resulting from following the analysis or recommendations provided by this tool. Use at your own risk.
